Drew Tate is not a first year quarterback

Ohio State’s defense has been good in their two big games this year.  It is difficult to really get a gauge of how good the defense is, though, because both Texas and Penn State have first year quarterbacks.

If Iowa can keep possession of the ball, they have a chance.  When the score stays close, Iowa will be able to run the ball and use the play action to keep the Ohio State defense on their toes.

Drew Tate is not a first year quarterback.  He led the team to a big victory and felt a big loss so far in his previous two games against Ohio State.  That experience should prevent any panic and hopefully any stupid game changing turnovers.
