1) Steve Bardo, please stop calling them the BCS conferences. BCS is a football thing. In basketball they have a tournament and play until one team is left standing.
2) I’m really digging watching Cougill play. He looks like he might have a good career if the outside shooters can start hitting some shots and opening up the middle. And if they never do, he should get plenty of put back attempts.
3) Why do the announcers keep talking about Iowa’ss ability to get back in games because of their 3 point shooting. Iowa is shooting 28.4% from the 3 point line this year and I’ve heard them mention at least four times between this game and the Texas game that Iowa can get back into games quickly because of their 3 point shooting.
4) Does anybody on Iowa know that they are allowed to try to stop the other team from shooting 3 point shots?
